We are looking for a project manager for our growing business. You will work as a project manager with overall responsibility for delivering exciting development and delivery projects with a high technical level, and lead the entire delivery phase both in terms of technical and commercial work with the support of other resources in the company.
As a project manager at Elbit Systems Sweden, you work throughout the chain from business development to delivery and follow-up, and lead the internal work within the framework of the project manager, with great freedom, which places demands on your own drive, a solution-oriented way of working and not least that you thrive in a dynamic work environment with a clear mentality of a technology start-up. We also see that you have a well-developed sense of order and that you are used to producing and working with technical documentation. You will also have the opportunity to influence the development and growth of our project organization.
We see that you have experience from working as a project manager in technical development projects, preferably from the design phase onwards, or that you at least have a good technical understanding in system development, mechanics or electrical engineering. Since our customer is primarily the Swedish Armed Forces, experience and understanding from there is meritorious but not a requirement. You will work independently and have both direct customer contact and work with our development team in other countries. As our projects can range from a couple of months up to several years, it is important that you can adapt to projects with different complexity and scope, but with the same focus on ensuring a satisfied and successful customer!
Experience and competence requirements
- College/university degree in relevant domain.
- 5-10 years of experience from an equivalent or similar industry.
- Experience from technical or development-oriented projects.
- Communicative, outgoing and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
